Planning for your move-in day ▾
Residents can check in on or after the date set forth on their UMB Housing License. Check-in is available 24/7 at the Management Office, located at 518 W. Fayette Street; Baltimore, MD 21201. It is recommended that you pick up your University ID prior to move-in so that it can be programmed with access to your building (this will require you to electronically submit your photo to the OneCard Office at least 1 week prior to your desired move-in date).
All residents will receive a welcome letter prior to their move-in date. The email address this is sent to will be the email address that all future communications will be sent to. If you want to change your primary email address, send an email to umbhousing@umaryland.edu with your request. In the welcome letter, there will be information about scheduling a move-in appointment (for Fayette Square). Street parking or the Lexington Parking Garage are available for Pascault Row residents.
Please review the welcome letter closely as it contains information on move-in and signing up for the resident portal. We are excited to welcome you to campus!
